Page History
The Supervisor Home gives Supervisor users access to tools they need to oversee Queues and Agents. The main Home page gives an overview of what is happening in the account including information about Queues, Online, and Offline Agents and their Team history. Supervisors also have access to the Monitoring section over flow that give details on current Queue status.
