Flag a Supervisor: Allow an agent to alert a supervisor that they need assistance. A red flag indicates that the agent has requested assistance.
Fullscreen: makes the Flow interface full screen.
Sign Out: Logs the user out of Flow. If the user is an Agent, this also disconnects the Agent from their handset.
Hide/Expand Sidebar: easily hide and expand the main navigation sidebar.
