Step-by-step guide

1. When on an active call press the transfer (TRAN) soft key or the dedicated physical transfer button to start the transfer process. The caller is placed on hold.

2. To send the call directly to voicemail dial ** (star-star) plus the extension number, followed by the transfer (TRAN) button again.
   
   Example: for sending a called to the voicemail for extensions 101, dial **101
   

   
   

   After dialing **EXT# the extension's voicemail will pick up instantly. For best result press the transfer button directly after dialing **EXT#. Once the transfer button is press the second time the call will end on your Poly desk phone.
