Use this guide to make a payment with your credit card in the NocTel Fiber Customer Portal.

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to customer.noctelfiber.com
   
   
    

2. Enter your username and password in the field and click LOG IN. Your username is the full email address to which your NocTel Fiber Invoice is sent. 
   
   

3. Click + Plus button in the bottom right corner of the page to expand the menu. 
   
   
   
   

4. Click on the Make a Payment icon to make a payment.
   
   

   
   
   

5. In step 1, select Credit Card from the Select Payment dropdown box.
   
   
   
   

6. In step 2, fill in the Credit Card information. All fields must be completed. 

   1. Card Number
      

   2. Expiration Date (in MM/YY format)
      
   3. Security code (CVV)

   4. Country
      

   5. Zip Code
      
      
      
      
7. In the Amount field located below the credit card information, enter the amount you wish to pay.
   
   
8. OPTIONAL STEP: If you would like to save the card to use later. Click the toggle for Save Payment Mehod. 
   
   
   

   
   

   If you want to set up auto payment, Skip to step 12. If you only wish to make a one-time payment, continue to step 9.

   Making a One time Payment 
   
   

9. Click ADD PAYMENT in the lower right corner of the screen.
   
   NOTE: If the ADD PAYMENT button is gray, all the credit card information fields have not been completed! 
   
   
10. A popup window will appear to confirm the payment. Press the CONFIRM button to submit the payment. 
    
    
    
    
11. Once complete, the screen will display the confirmation notice below. You can click the proceed to payment receipts to view your payment.

    Setting up Recurring Autopay 
    
    

12. OPTIONAL: If you wish to set up autopay, click the slider for Setup Automatic Recurring Payment. The slide will turn blue if selected.
    Note: Both the Save Payment Method and the Setup Automatic Payment silder must be on for setting up recurring payments. 
    
    
    
13. Click the ADD PAYMENT Button. The screen will update. Step 3 Setup Recurring Payment will not be visible.
    
    
14. Leave all recurring payment fields as they currently are.
    
    
15. Click the ADD RECURRING button in the bottom right. The screen will update to the current payment history page. This section will be blank if this is your first time setting up recurring payments.
    

    
    

    Your recurring autopay is now set up. You can click the EDIT button to make changes or to delete your autopayment method.
