What do I need to do to get started?

To get started, please email our team at help@noctelfiber.com with the subject line Phone Service Signup. Our team will send you a copy of the Letter of Authorization (LOA) for your signature.

If you would like to get started as soon as possible, please download our LOA, complete the form, and return it, along with your most recent phone invoice, to help@noctelfiber.com.

What do I need to do on the porting date to activate the service?

Our team will contact you once the port has been completed and your phone number has been transferred to our service. If the phone adapter was installed before your porting date, connect your existing phone to the Phone port on the adapter. Once connected, please make an outbound and inbound call to ensure there are no issues with your service.
