- In the NocTel web interface, click on the extension you want to adjust.
- Look for the Preferences for Polycom Phone widget, if you do not see it click on the gear icon in the upper right hand side of the interface.
- Click the > on the widget to drop down the menu.
- Select from the menu X on the phone, where X is In the second drop down list, select the amount of line keys on the phoneyour phone has from the menu. Please refer to the list at the bottom of the page for the amount of line keys.
- Click off to the side of the widget to save your changes
