Accessing NocTel Insight is easy! Just do the following steps:
- Ensure you have reliable internet connectivity
- Open your web browser on your workstation, laptop, or mobile device and navigate to https://insight.noctel.com
- Log in with your credentials
- Select the Site you wish to view reporting for
First Time Log In
When accessing NocTel Insight for the first time you will need to set an initial password. This is done by selecting the Forgot your password? link located under the Sign In button. Provide the username, not email address you were assigned by NocTel Insight - a password set/reset email will be sent to the email address associated with the username.

If you have a log in associated with multiple accounts and use a different email address for each, the credentials you use will not apply to all the accounts you have association with. |
After Logging In
Once you've logged into NocTel Insight, you will be shown a list of Sites to select. A Site in NocTel Insight can be synonymous with an entire Account or a tenant group of an Account (e.g.: Acme Corp might have multiple Sites - one for Looney Tunes Inc. and one for Merry Melodies LLC),
A site has its own specific users and typically do not co-mingle reporting data. This allows larger organizations to segment reporting into a separation of concerns for business units, sub orgs, etc. leading to better data governance.
Once you have selected a Site, you will arrive at the NocTel Insight Home page. Depending on your group/role membership and individual permissions, you may see different content displayed here.
If you wish to change what Site you are navigating, provided you are associated with multiple Sites under the same credentials, you can switch Sites by selecting the current Site found along the top navigation as shown below encircled in orange to the right.
