You can configure your network to provision Polycom telephony devices directly out of the box to work with NocTel. This is typically done from a dedicated provisioning VLAN and not the typical voice VLAN network.
In order to do this, add a DHCP Option 160 to your DHCP Server with the content "https://tap.noctel.com". This URL should not have a trailing slash.
Upon initial boot up of the device, it will configure the phone's bootloader with the following settings:

The Polycom device will then reboot and provision as if it was configured manually.
