Step-by-step guide

1. From your Noctel NocTel Control Panel home page, click on 'Reports & Billing'.

2. Below Reports & Billing there are 4 5 options:
   
   1. Audit Reports: see Audit Reports
   2. Call Logs: This will display Display your last 100 calls and show details about each one.
   3. Rates: This displays Displays your contract rate and plan cost information.  Cost Cost to call other countries is also displayed below.
   4. Payments & Charges:  This displays your past billing information and payments made.
   5. Add Funds:   In this section you are able to add more funds to your account.
      1. Select the amount you would like to add to your account and click Pay with Card and enter your credit card information.  Charges will appear as 'Noctel Inc.'.
