At the NocTel Insight login screen select "Forgot your password?" then enter your username.

Alternatively, you may contact your organization's NocTel Insight Site Manager user and request they reset your password for you or remind you of your username. Resetting your NocTel Insight password does not affect any other NocTel services you may have access to, such as the NocTel Talk Control Panel.
