Currently line keys must be assigned manually.
This guide is to help you choose the correct settings for your phone.
- In the NocTel web interface, click on the extension you want to adjust.
- Look for the Preferences for Polycom Phone widget, if you do not see it click on the gear icon in the upper right hand side of the interface.
- Click the > on the widget to drop down the menu.
- Select from the menu X on the phone, where X is the amount of line keys on the phone. Please refer to the list at the bottom of the page for the amount of line keys.
- Click off to the side of the widget to save your changes
