iOS Go users may receive the following notification if the app has not been used or opened for more then seven days:
Your account [EXT#] - [EXT NAME] has expired on the push server.
Re-establish a connection with the server for push notifications:
- Open the NocTel Go app on your device.
- Allow the app to reconnect. The app is connected once the line around the extension's name and the number on the keypad tab will change from a dashed line to a solid green.
