Use the steps below to factory reset Poly Edge models: E100 E220, E300, E320, E350, E400, E450, E500, E550
To Factory Reset
- Press and hold 1-3-5 on the phone.
- When prompted, enter the password. (Default is 456) (If this phone was already provisioned for NocTe,l the password is 8675309)
OR
- On the phone, press the home key
- Select Settings.
- Select Advanced
- Enter the password. (Default is 456) (If this phone was already provisioned for NocTel the password is 8675309)
- Select Administration Setting
- Select Reset to Defaults
- Select Reset to Factory
- Confirm the selection with the Yes softkey.
| Resetting to factory will delete the provisioning information and all settings for the phone. Once reset, follow this provisioning guide to reconnect the phone to NocTel. |
