Accessing NocTel Insight is easy! Just do the following steps:
- Ensure you have reliable internet connectivity
- Open your web browser on your workstation, laptop, or mobile device and navigate to https://insight.noctel.com
- Log in with your credentials
- Select the Site you wish to view reporting for
First Time Log In
When accessing NocTel Insight for the first time you will need to set an initial password. This is done by selecting the Forgot your password? link located under the Sign In button. Provide the username, not email address you were assigned by NocTel Insight - a password set/reset email will be sent to the email address associated with the username.
Take Note
If you have a log in associated with multiple accounts and use a different email address for each, the credentials you use will not apply to all the accounts you have association with.
