When connecting to NocTel Fiber for the first time, please make sure the equipment is hooked up correctly.

  1. Power PoE injector from an electrical outlet
  2. Connect Ethernet cable from the NocTel Fiber installed wall plate into the PoE port on the PoE injector
  3. Connect Ethernet cable from the LAN port on the PoE Injector to the WAN port on user provided router (typically colored yellow).
  4. Power-cycle the router.
