Jump to Removing an Existing Contact Method

Adding a New Contact Method

  1. Log in to the Fiber Portal at https://customer.noctelfiber.com/ 
  2. Click the Hamburger menu at the top left corner of the portal home page:


  3. Click Contacts in the list. 
  4. To add a new contact method, click the  plus button in the bottom right.
    1. To add a new email address, click the add email button (envelope icon). 

    2. To add a new phone number, click the add phone button  (phone handset icon).

  5. Complete the fields on the new pop-up window for either Add Eamil or Add Phone. Click the Default toggle if you wish to make this contact your default contact method.
    Add EmailAdd Phone

    1.  For the type of contact, choose one of the following:
      • Primary: Main contact 
      • Technical: Contact used for support if different from the primary
      • Billing: Email address to which your invoice is sent.  

  6. Click Confirm to save.

Removing an Existing Contact Method 

  1. Log in to the Fiber Portal at https://customer.noctelfiber.com/ 
  2. Click the Hamburger menu at the top left corner of the portal home page:


  3. Click Contacts in the list.
  4. In the list of contacts, click the red X to the right of the contact method you want to delete. 
  5. Click DELETE CONTACT in the new pop-up window.
