Global Directory

A manger level user can add and remove entry to the global directory. The global directory can be used by agents to transfer call to other numbers. 

Adding an Entry to the Global Directory

1. In the portal, click Setup to expand the options.
2. Click Global Directory.
3. At the bottom of the list click +New.
4. Compete the directory entry form page:
   1. add a description: this is the name that will be used for the entry in the directory 
   2. add a category
   3. enter the phone number: 111-123-5555 format 
   4. Use the checkboxes under the Teams sections to assign the entry to different teams.
      
5. Click Save.
