The basics of Bulk Operations are the same.Workflow
- Select your match Criteriacriteria. This will help you specifically filter out specifically what you want to change. If you use this by itself it is a powerful search tool.
- Select the operations you want to perform. These operations will affect the selectionfilter(s) made by your match criteria.
- Click on Preview Bulk Operation
- At this point , you can review and confirm that what was included by the correct selection was made filter(s) is correct and that the changes you want will be made.
- If it is correct click on Begin Bulk Operation, otherwise click on Edit this Query to make adjustments.

Match Criteria
By Class: Use to select a “class” of devices. Each extension in an account can be assigned a class. (You can use the bulk operation tool to assign classes or on an extension permissions page). Classes are usefully when you have certain sets of phones that need different permissions and functionality. Example: could have a set of Public Courtesy Phones that you want to disable international calling on. Having a class in which all public phones are members allows you to easy selected that class and make changes to all the extensions in that class.
