Currently line keys must be assigned manually.
This guide is to help you choose the correct settings for your phone.
- In the NocTel web interface, navigate to the extension that needs to be adjusted.
- Look for the Preferences for Polycom Phone widget, if you do not see it click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand side of the interface.
- Click the > on the widget to drop down the menu.
- In the second drop down list in the Line Keys section, select the amount of line keys your phone has. Please refer to the list at the bottom of the page for the amount of line keys.
- Click off to the side of the widget to save your changes
