When dealing with large amounts of extensions, NocTel's Bulk Operations tools make life easier.
Step-by-step guide
The basics of Bulk Operations are the same.
- Select your match Criteria. This will help you filter out specifically what you want to change. If you use this by itself it is a powerful search tool.
- Select the operations you want to perform. These operations will effect the selection(s) made by your match criteria.
- Click on Preview Bulk Operation
- At this point you can review and confirm that the correct selection was made and that the changes you want will be made.
- If it is correct click on Begin Bulk Operation, otherwise click on Edit this Query to make adjustments.
IMPORTANT
The radio buttons will default to all when editing a query. Go back and make sure you have the selections the way you want when correcting a query.
