When connecting to NocTel Fiber for the first time, please make sure the equipment is hooked up correctly.
- Power PoE injector from an electrical outlet
- Connect Ethernet cable from the NocTel Fiber installed wall plate into the PoE port on the PoE injector
- Connect Ethernet cable from the LAN port on the PoE Injector to the WAN port on user provided router.
- Power-cycle the router.
