Use the steps below to factory reset Poly Edge models: E100 E220, E300, E320, E350, E400, E450, E500, E550
To Factory Reset
- Press and hold 1-3-5 on the phone.
- When prompted, enter the password. (Default is 456) (If this phone was already provisioned for NocTe,l the password is 8675309)
OR
- On the phone, press the home key
- Select Settings.
- Select Advanced
- Enter the password. (Default is 456) (If this phone was already provisioned for NocTel the password is 8675309)
- Select Administration Setting
- Select Reset to Defaults
- Select Reset to Factory
- Confirm the selection with the Yes softkey.
Resetting to factory will delete the provisioning information and all settings for the phone. Once reset, follow this provisioning guide to reconnect the phone to NocTel.
