When is the the Networks Standard Maintenance Window?
Our Fiber Network maintenance window is between 0300 - 0600 on Sundays. This is our time when network utilization is at its lowest and our teamwork to do upgrades and system improvements during this time.
Where Can I View Current Network Status or Outage Repors?
You can view the current status of the NocTel Fiber Network and other NocTel services at status.noctel.com. Our status page is a great place to check if you are having an issue with your service. Any service event that is affecting multiple users is posted here and our team updates notice every 30-60 minutes. You can also fine notice about planned maintenance.
My connection is not Working? I can't connect to the internet?
