 When is my bill due?

Invoices are due 30 days after the invoice generation date. Invoices are emailed on the day of the month that your fiber service started.

 How do I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill a few different ways: 

You can pay electronically from the link in the invoice, or you can pay by check.

Paying electronically, you have two options: Credit or Debit Card or ACH Debit.

  • Credit or Debit allows you to pay with either a credit or debit card. This option includes a transaction fee. For a complete guide, see: Paying with Credit Card
  • ACH Debit allows you to pay directly through a checking account and has the added option of monthly auto-pay. There is no fee for ACH debit. For a complete guide, see: Paying with ACH

 How do I make a one time payment?

You can make a one-time payment without signing up for the portal by going to https://pay.noctelfiber.com.

Use the account number option. You will need your account number and email address to complete the payment. You can find your account number on your emailed invoice. Be sure to enter the whole account number, including letters and dashes.

 How do I set up autopay?

 How do I remove a saved payment type?
  1. Go to customer.noctelfiber.com
  2. Enter your username and password in the field and click LOG INYour username is the full email address to which your NocTel Fiber Invoice is sent. 
  3. On the portal home page, Click CREATE AUTOPAY or the Make a Payment button. 
  4.  In step 1 of the Make a Payment page, expand the Select Payment dropdown section, and select the payment method you wish to remove in the stored payments section.



  5. Click REMOVE PAYMENT METHOD.
  6. Click YES in the confirmation pop-up window.
 How do I delete a recurring autopay?
  1. Go to customer.noctelfiber.com
  2. Enter your username and password in the field and click LOG INYour username is the full email address to which your NocTel Fiber Invoice is sent. 
  3. On the portal home page, find the AutoPay section. Click Create Autopay. 


  4. On the Make a Payment page, use the select payment dropdown list to select the save payment.
  5. Click the Remove Payment Method. 
  6. In the pop-up window, confirm you want to remove the recurring payment by clicking YES.



 What if my banking or credit card information has changed or I need to change/cancel a recurring auto payment?

If your banking or credit card information has changed, you will need to remove/delete your old payment method (see above) or cancel your recurring autoplay (see above) and then set up a new payment method.

 Can I place a hold on my service if I'm going to be away from my residence for an extended period of time?
