Yealink Extension

1. From the control panel, click on Extensions.
   
2. Then click on the Add a New Extension link.
   
3. The following screen will present a selection of extension types. Locate the Yealink IP phone and click the Yealink Device and click Add Device.Image RemovedAdd
4. Enter the device
by entering the required information on the new page in step 3:
1. Device MAC (located on the base unit)
2. Ext. #: an unused extension number in your account
3. Extension Name: descriptive name 
5. Click Submit.

1. 's MAC address from the base unit in the Device MAC field. 
2. Give the new extension a number and name in the provided fields. 
3. Click Submit.

Provisioning a Yealink Extension

1. Connect the Yealink base to power and an active network connection.
2. On the handset
press: Ok
3. , press OK (center arrow pad)

5.  > Base. Scroll down and note

7. In a browser, navigate to the IP address.
8. Login with the default
Username
9. username (admin) and default
Password
10. password (admin)
11. Set a new admin password by clicking on the link at the top of the page in the Warning popup. We recommend 8675309 to correspond with other NocTel device passwords.

12. Login again.
13. Navigate to Account > Register. 
14. Set the Line Active to enabled.
15. On the Register page, enter the following information in the corresponding fields from the extension's option page:
    
    1. Display Name: Yealink extension number
    2. Register Name:  SIP User ID
    3. Username: SIP User ID
    4. Password: SIP Password
    5. Server Host: SIP Host
16. Click Confirm.
17. Navigate to Setting > Auto Provision
18. Set the Server URL to https://noctel.com
19. Click the Auto Provision Now button.
