Step-by-step guide
To Activate Service:
• Press *72, wait for 3 beeps and a steady dial tone.
• Dial the number to which you wish to forward your calls.
• Press #, wait for ringing and answer. Advise party of call forwarding.
• If a call is not answered, repeat steps 1-3, wait for 3 beeps and a dial tone, then hang up.Start dialing *72 followed by the 10 digit number you want to forward the call to.
• Press the Dial soft key
• The phone will produce a tone and end the call.
• You are now forwarded to the new number.
To Deactivate Service:
• Press Dial *73, listen for 3 beeps, then hang up
• Press the Dial soft Key.
• The phone will produce a tone and end the call, you should now receive call back to the original phone.

Note: After dialing the full forwarding code (ie *721231115555) and deactivating it using *73, you can simply dial *72 to have the number forwarded again to the last number used in the forwarding code. The *72 and *73 now work as a toggle. |
