Call Forwarding allows you to redirect all calls to another telephone number so your calls can follow you wherever you go. It reduces missed calls, eliminates waiting for important calls and adds an extra measure of security while you're away from desk.
Step-by-step guide
To Activate Service:
• Press *72, wait for 3 beeps and a steady dial tone.
• Dial the number to which you wish to forward your calls.
• Press #, wait for ringing and answer. Advise party of call forwarding.
• If a call is not answered, repeat steps 1-3, wait for 3 beeps and a dial tone, then hang up.
To Deactivate Service:
• Press *73, listen for 3 beeps, then hang up.
