With the use of an additional USB flash drive the Polycom models VVX411 or higher can record call audio. Attach a USB flash drive to the back of the phone to enable this feature. The top of the phone display will show the available storage amount.
Using Call Recording:
- Once the call is connected and active, press More.
- Press Record.
- Press Start. The top of the display will note that recording is taking place.
- To stop. Press Stop.
