LDAP Sign-on Configuration
Please reach out to our support team at support@noctel.com for more information on LDAP configuration and setup.
For LDAP integration, please include the following information in the email to our team:
- BaseDN
- Domain
- Server
Example:
- BaseDN : DC=ad,DC,noctel,CD=net
- Domain: ad.noctel.net
- Server: ldaps://ldap-host.noctel.net:636
LDAP servers must be publicly available. Authentication requests will be sourced from our provisioning servers located at 216.93.246.0/24, 69.90.51.0/24 and 192.69.31.0/24. Please make sure these IP address are whitelisted.
