Hunt Groups allow for ringing multiple destinations or extensions at the same time.

Step-by-step guide

You can create a hunt group by:

  1. Selecting "Hunt Groups" from the NocTel Control Panel's navigation
  2. Click "Add a Hunt Group"
  3. Provide a description and select the members that will be ringing together
  4. Click "Save"

 

Once a Hunt Group has been created, it will need to be referenced from an Inbound Action List in an extension in order to be used.
